2. Purchase Process and Payment

• Request: The acquisition of limited edition works takes place through the contact form. Submitting the form does not constitute a final purchase, but rather a request for availability.

• Confirmation: The owner will reply within 24 hours to confirm the availability of the print's serial number and the final calculation of costs (including shipping).

• Payment Methods: Payment is made securely via Bank Transfer or Bizum, according to the details provided in the confirmation email. The order will only be processed once payment has been received.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Preparation Times: As this is a personally managed project and the Fine Art prints are created on-demand, the preparation and packaging time is 5–7 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.

• Shipping: Works are shipped flat between high-resistance rigid boards with a tracking number via certified courier. Transit times depend on the postal service or courier for the chosen destination (Spain, European Union, or United Kingdom).

• Local Pick-up: A free in-person pick-up option is available in Madrid, subject to prior agreement on the details via email.

4. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

• Pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

• Since the prints are works of art produced on-demand (per the customer's specific request for size and serial number), returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.

• Damage During Transport: If the work arrives damaged due to transport, the customer is kindly requested to photograph the packaging and the artwork, and to contact the owner within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement.

5. Data Protection (Privacy)

• Data Controller: Valeria Vernizzi.

• Purpose: Personal data collected through the contact form (name, email, postal address) will be used exclusively for order management, billing, and the shipping of the artworks.

• Retention: Data will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to manage the transaction and fulfill legal tax obligations. It will never be transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

• Rights: The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or erasure of their data at any time by sending an email to the owner.
